Information you provide
The public assessment may collect your name, email address, phone number, state, credit goal, approximate score range, general categories of negative credit items, timeline, report status, preferred contact time, and notes you choose to provide. The public form is not designed to collect your Social Security number, date of birth, payment card information, or a full credit report.
Appointment booking
When you book a consultation, the website sends the selected appointment time and contact information into Credit Marshall's CMDI consultation system. That information is used to schedule the appointment, create or update the lead record, and notify staff of the consultation.
Website and advertising attribution
The site may retain basic referral and campaign information such as UTM parameters, referring page, landing page, and advertising click identifiers when present. This helps Credit Marshall understand which marketing efforts produced an inquiry. Standard hosting and security logs may also record technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Communications
If you provide contact consent, Credit Marshall may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages where applicable.
SmartCredit link
If you indicate that you do not have a current three-bureau report, the site may offer an optional link to SmartCredit. Credit Marshall may receive compensation if you enroll through that referral link. You are not required to purchase a report in order to submit the Credit Marshall assessment.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, operate CMDI, send communications, manage appointments, and provide other business functions. Credit Marshall does not use the public assessment as a request for you to transmit highly sensitive identity information.
